MEET OUR FOUNDER
Silvana Massolo
When my family moved to this country, I went to public school. I was not connected to the right people. I did not know the right rooms existed, let alone how to get into them.
I figured it out the hard way. I rushed a sorority at FIU and suddenly I was sitting next to people whose families had been here for generations. I watched how differently life moved when you knew the right people. And I never forgot it.
I became obsessed with connection. With community. With showing up, volunteering, getting involved, building relationships even when it was uncomfortable. It filled me up every time. But it also made me realize something: I had to do all of it alone. Nobody was pulling me into the right room. Nobody was making the introduction that could have changed everything sooner.
I am a first-generation college graduate. The first in my family to earn a degree in the United States. And somewhere between that girl who did not know the right people and the woman I am today, I became the person I wish I had when I was 25.
PROXHAUS is that person, at scale.
It is for the young professional who does not yet know which room to walk into. For the founder who has been heads down building and forgot to look up. For the executive who wants to give back. For anyone who believes that connection, real connection, changes everything.
This does not stay in Miami. This is a movement. And it is just getting started.
